Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Securely pack the products in their original packaging, ensuring all official tags and labels are intact to prevent damage during transit.
Ship the Package
Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the outside of your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
